Throw Satchel Charge
Satchel Charges are bundles of explosives that can do heavy damage to structures, vehicles and any other nearby targets. Building damage is 660. Any OKW deployed HQ can be destroyed by 3 satchel charges. Any main HQ can be destroyed by 6 satchel charges. On 3rd veterancy the cost decreases to 35.

Throw Anti-Vehicle Satchel Charge
The Penal squad will toss the heavy satchel charge onto the target vehicle in an attempt to disable or destroy it. Vehicle damage is 240. On 3rd veterancy the cost decreases to 35.
To the Last Man
Seeking to redeem themselves regardless of the cost, the Penal Battalion fights harder as they lose squad members. Increases weapon accuracy, rate of fire and improves survivability when the squad loses members.
Repair
Demonstrating pure ingenuity, troops can repair any damaged structure, vehicle, or bridge.
